Richmond Wedding

June 23, 2009

I love the city of Richmond.  I fell in love with it when Gretchen first gave me the grand tour back in October 2005 when she brought Jen, Cristy and I home to visit.  Further cementing my affection is the fact that every time I am in Richmond, the stay is very bound up in rollicking good times with my dearest friends. This past weekend was the Cristy Gesink/Tim Carr wedding, and it added to the arsenal of favorite memories.  I’ll just tell you what we spent the weekend doing, in pictures:

Well, we stayed up too late.

Well, we stayed up too late.

And we got up early, too.

And we got up early, too.

We make-upped...

We make-upped...

We curled...

We curled...

And oh, we curled a lot more...

And oh, we curled a lot more...

We tied, and pinned...

We tied, and pinned...

We buttoned...

We buttoned...

She looked stunning...

She looked stunning...

And so did they...

And so did they...

We got really excited...

We got really excited...

They saw each other for the first time that day...

They saw each other for the first time that day...

We pinned...

We pinned...

She peeked...

She peeked...

We waited...

We waited...

He saw...

He saw...

They got married...

They got married...

They kissed...

They kissed...

SOME people got impatient for lunch...

SOME people got impatient for lunch...

We toasted...

We toasted...

They spooned...

They spooned...

We said goodbye...

We said goodbye...

The end.

The end.
